Zumpano + Hanson’s most recent and highly successful medical office development was featured in the June 2010 edition of Properties Magazine, a 45,000 square foot “all medical” office building located on I-77 in Akron, and central within the Canton-Akron-Cleveland corridor. Opening in January 2010 with 97% occupancy, this project demonstrates the development capabilities and medical experience of the Zumpano + Hanson team.
